12/8/2010 - Home owners association monthly fee is now $30. See the letter from LGHA Treasurer here

New bylaw - Housing association fee will not be accepted montly. It needs to be paid Quarterly, Semi-Annually or Annually.
New bylaw -Cost of 6D is $30. Need to request is 2 weeks before closing.
Revoted bylaw - President, Property Manager and Treasurer do not pay association fee.
